Born and raised in Charlotte, North Carolina. With over 15 years of professional childcare experience, I fell in love with the newborn stage and helping new moms has been my passion. I received a Postpartum Doula Certification from Dona International in 2022 to solidify my wealth of knowledge in childcare.

I have two children of my own. Both had food allergies and a rough bout of colic. I know the difficulties and late-night stress of trying to get some sleep (for everyone). I’m here to help guide you and Baby through this vital period.

Whether it be swaddling your little one, taking a family photo, or prepping a meal for after a long day, I’m here to help you with your transition into the 4th trimester.
